GENTRI is spreading Christmas cheer with a music video that captures the reason for the season.
The Utah group, a trio of tenors that formed in 2014, shares a story reminding people to not judge others.
“We live in a world where we are sometimes prone to judgement,” GENTRI wrote on its YouTube video. “Perception becomes our reality. In our haste, we can jump to false conclusions and opportunities to lift and lighten the loads of others are lost. As we allow the light of Christ to work miracles within our own heart, we then are empowered to work wonders in the lives of others. May His perfect example of love and compassion for all guide us in our own charity towards those around us this Christmas season and always.”
“O Holy Night” is one of 12 songs featured on GENTRI’s new Christmas Album, “Finding Christmas.” The group also tagged the video as part of #LIGHTtheWORLD, a holiday initiative by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
GENTRI has two performances scheduled for Utah County in December. Both shows are at American Heritage in American Fork, Utah on Dec. 6 and 7. Those shows are sold out, but other performances in Utah are available here.
